Hallelujah Hootenanny borrows melodies from the “Hallelujah Chorus,” the most well-known portion of George Frideric Handel’s oratorio, Messiah. Combined with original melodies, musical call and response, and a boot-stompin’ beat, this piece creates a barn party atmosphere that is fun at any time of year.
