Concert band, Grade 4
Composed for the 2026 North Dakota All-State Band, Equinox was inspired by the change in seasons: from the harsh cold of a North Dakota winter, to the inevitable warmth and growth of spring. This change is marked by the solar equinox, when the earth has equal amounts of daylight and darkness. Making purchases directly from this site benefits the composer the most.
